Select Your Service

Head over to our “Services” page and choose your desired package (e.g. Break‑In, Full Refresh, Relace Only, or clean and condition). Fill out the simple form with your glove type and preferences.

Receive Your Shipping Label

Once you place your order, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label. Simply print, attach to your package, and drop your glove off at your local UPS Store.

Magic Happens

You will receive an email notification as soon as your glove has been received, and our team will begin servicing your glove.

If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out via phone call to discuss options.

Getting Your Glove Back

Once we box it up and put the return shipping label on it, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number and link to track your order as it makes its way back to you!

  • How does the mail-in baseball glove repair process work?
    After placing your order online, you’ll ship your glove to me using your preferred method. Once I receive it, I complete the repair within the estimated timeframe and send it back. You’ll receive tracking updates for both the incoming and return shipments.
  • Who pays for shipping during the glove repair process?
    You’re responsible for shipping the glove to me but return shipping is included in your repair fee. I’ll cover the cost of sending your glove back once the repair is complete.
  • What happens if my glove is lost or damaged during shipping?
    I recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method — especially for high-value gloves. While I package returns securely, I’m not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
  • How do I track my glove repair order?
    Once your glove is received, I’ll send you a confirmation and estimated timeline. You’ll also receive tracking information when your repaired glove ships back to you.
  • Can I send multiple gloves in one shipment?
    Yes, you can send more than one glove in a single package. Be sure to list each glove and its requested repairs when placing your order to avoid confusion.
